  • Did you know that some satellite Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images are available for FREE to everybody? Do you want to learn how to have access to such images?

  • Did you know that inside these SAR images there’s a treasure of information useful for many sectors, including defence, geotechnical/civil engineering, infrastructure, mining, oil&gas, land management, and many other?

  • Have you ever thought about creating satellite SAR interferometric (InSAR) results by yourself?

  • Are you interested in learning about how to process satellite SAR images to derive useful information for your areas of interest?

If you answered “yes” to some of the questions above, you may be interested in the next Training Online Course on SAR and SAR Interferometry based on SARPROZ!

The SARPROZ course is organised in two modules (Basic and Advanced) spread over two weeks.

  • Week 1 - Basic Module: SAR principles and DInSAR

  • Week 2 - Advanced Module: Multi-image Advanced DInSAR (A - DInSAR)

The next course begins each quarter! Just contact us to find out more.

What is SARPROZ?

  • SARPROZ is a powerful and versatile software that implements a wide range of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Interferometric SAR (InSAR) and Multi-Temporal InSAR processing techniques.

Why can SARPROZ be your next InSAR tool?

  • SARPROZ has a user friendly Graphic Interface: no coding knowledge is required for standard users.

  • It is based on Matlab: advanced users can very easily develop their own software extensions.

  • It can be compiled and it can run independently from Matlab on any platform (Unix, PC, Mac).

  • Completely parallelized: SARPROZ can run on multiple CPU cores or computer clusters automatically.

  • Most Satellites/data formats supported, including Sentinel-1 IW (TOPS) data.

  • It can be run in automatic mode from the command line without graphic interface.why you should sign up for the course?

  • In addition to large areas, typical of InSAR cases, SARPROZ has a specific module to quickly analyse small areas.

How does SARPROZ fit together with the data offerings of EO59?

The SAR community is vast, covering the alphabet soup in the various acronyms of A-DInSAR, PS, SBAS, and more that many of our users might never get familiar with.

SARPROZ is our continuously developing software that allows us to power the development and growth of our industry. While not all users are comfortable creating their own data, some are, and some are eager to explore a blended approach where EO59 supports them in the pursuit of improved advanced SARPROZ scientific capabilities and ‘surge’ data supply when their team may need it.

We are able and eager to support our users across the spectrum. Joining this course is a great way for you to explore this opportunity to do more with SAR and we’d be happy to have you!
